Anamnesis is a series of site-specific, participatory performances conceived and directed by choreographer and interdisciplinary artist Apostolia Papadamaki, presented in emblematic archaeological sites across Greece, including Delphi, Delos, Lemnos, Zakros, and more.

Blending contemporary performance with ancient Greek Mythology and History, Anamnesis explores themes of collective remembrance, feminine wisdom, ecological consciousness, and spiritual reawakening through ritual, movement, voice, and audience interaction.

This trailer features selected moments and expert testimonials from performances that took place between 2018–2024, offering insight into the creative process and the impact of activating sacred heritage sites through embodied storytelling.

Endorsed unanimously by the Central Archaeological Council of Greece, and supported by the Hellenic Ministry of Culture and Sports (2018–2019) and the national initiative “All of Greece, One Culture” (2021–2023).
